I am a designer, illustrator and Islamic calligrapher living
in Toronto. I love looking at everyday things through novel
eyes and I have an affinity for creating intricate work that
is filled with details which are constantly discovered with
every new viewing.

I believe that my responsibility is to produce work which is
layered and meaningful. The work should always be able to
evoke an emotional response, trigger thoughts as well as
engage the intended audience. It should always have a good
reason for being done in a specific way, and it should be
visually powerful in order to draw people in.
